Plant Layout/Piping Lead-Trunkline LNGSeeking an SME in LNG to lead LNG Liquefaction Plant Piping Layout-This is a supervisory position and will require a min of fifteen years? background. Heavy background in LNG Piping Design.Must have LNG or Cryogenic Piping Ability and Intimate knowledge of NFPA 59A code and preferably FERC RR-13 qualificationsMay serve as a technical consultant within area of ability. Makes formal presentations to the customer or Company management. May research, analyze, and organize statistics or other technical materials for specific occasions or on a scheduled basis. Keeps well informed on current technology applicable to area of ability. Participates in 1 or more professional organizations.May write and/or review articles written by others for publication in professional journals or for presentation at technical conferences.Completes additional responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. BS or MS in related position or applicable discipline, typically an engineering degree; or equivalent background if allowed by law. Generally 10+ years of related work background including supervisory background are typically required; relevant professional registration preferred. Supervisor role has full responsibility for assignment of work and performance. Typically supervises professional or exempt personnel that may be in multiple, but similar function roles. Proficient with engineering software applications. Computer proficiency required. Strong analytical and analytical skills. Accuracy and attention to detail important. Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities somewhat important. The ability to prepare, present and/or supervise the development of complex program proposals and reports to senior level management and customers is critical. Responsible for establishing project estimates and oversight of project budgets. Strong management expertise as well as the ability to effectively communicate in English and take a leadership role over the group for which they have supervisory responsibilities. Commitment to customer service and ability to assist others in applying knowledge and understanding in solving functional problems within area of ability. Ability to maintain confidential details critical. Generally characterized as a "Supervising" with ability to discover issues and recommend solutions to business problems uncovered during course of performing assignments. Has less independent contributor responsibilities and more supervisory responsibilities. Provides oversight, ability and guidance to less experienced individuals. Typically will regularly interface with departmental staff and upper management, and frequently with outside customers.
